About the role

We are inviting applications from talented, passionate, and experienced professionals for the position of Machine Learning Engineer.
If you have strong mathematical thinking, hands-on Python coding ability, practical machine learning engineering experience, and a genuine passion for solving real product problems through algorithms and data, this is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, high-performing technology team.
We need an ML Engineer who's equally comfortable with math and code. You'll take a product problem, figure out the right algorithm, and ship it to production.
Responsibilities
- Turn product requirements into clear mathematical problems and build algorithms to solve them.
- Test your algorithms thoroughly against real data before anything goes to production.
- Write clean, well-structured Python code and serve your models using FastAPI or Django.
- Work with backend engineers to connect your ML work with databases, search, and caching systems.
- Catch edge cases early, explain your thinking clearly, and keep both technical and non-technical teammates in the loop.
Requirements
Educational & Professional Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Strong academic or professional background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or any relevant discipline is preferred.
- Required: Python, PyTorch, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-Learn, FastAPI / Django, statistical modeling
- Bonus: SQL/NoSQL, Redis, AWS (SageMaker, S3, EC2), distributed system.
- Solid math skills — probability, statistics, linear algebra, calculus.
- Can read research papers and turn them into working, tested code.
- Debugs with data and metrics, not gut feeling.
- Works independently and has shipped real algorithmic work before.
- Asks the right questions early and communicates findings clearly.
