About the role

CrackTech Limited is a technology company that builds digital products used by millions — starting with Live MCQ™, and now a growing portfolio across learning, publishing, and consumer technology. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Executive / Executive  to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure the smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced technology company.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS/database, and digital documentation systems.
  • Assist in onboarding of both technical and non-technical employees.
  • Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and workforce tracking.
  • Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related data processing.
  • Assist in the recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Manage HR communication using digital tools and internal systems.
  • Support employee engagement activities in a tech-driven workplace.
  • Ensure data accuracy in HR systems and reporting dashboards.
  • Assist in exit formalities and documentation processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR operations will be preferred.
  • Freshers with strong interest in HR operations are also encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 or 1st Class will be preferred.
  • Basic understanding of HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong time management and multitasking ability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn HR systems and digital HR tools.
